Farm House

Our 1300 sf house is living proof that art and science can in fact, compliment each other.  Its warmth is felt both literally and figuratively in every room.  Natural light is abundant.  Natural heat can be both harnessed and kept at bay.  Natural air flow cleanses the house through the strategic placement of casement windows which encourage the breeze through the interior space.  The kitchen is flawless and wonderful.  The herb garden is soothing and wonderful.  The natural materials are comforting and beautiful.  When nature poses challenge, highly efficient passive and mechanical systems such as superior windows, radiant heat, and a heat recovery ventilation system keep the house in balance.  This little house is a true gem.
